Transparency First
In rare situations where a trip is cancelled by us due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, safety concerns, minimum group size, or operational issues), travellers will be offered:
Full or partial payment is required to confirm your booking. A booking is considered confirmed only after a payment receipt is shared by Chal Mere Saathi.
Transportation will be provided via Volvo / Luxury Bus / Tempo Traveller, depending on group size and availability. Travellers must reach the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure. Chal Mere Saathi is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions. No refund will be provided for missed boarding due to late arrival.
Trip itineraries may be modified due to weather, road conditions, local regulations, or safety considerations. Any changes will be communicated promptly and alternative arrangements will be provided where possible.
Accommodation will be provided on a shared basis unless otherwise specified. Hotel allocation is subject to availability; similar category hotels may be arranged if required.
Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings. Chal Mere Saathi is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items. Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Respectful behaviour towards fellow travellers, trip leaders, drivers, and locals is mandatory. Misconduct or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the trip without a refund.
Participation in adventure or outdoor activities is voluntary and at the traveller's own risk. Chal Mere Saathi is not responsible for injuries caused during such activities.
Chal Mere Saathi shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.
All disputes are subject to Delhi NCR jurisdiction only.
